Product Description

   This is the third generation high performance and eco-friendly poly carboxylic acid plasticizer, developed by our company targeting at powdered plasticizer. The powder is processed by advanced spray drying technology. The powder particle is uniform in size, has a good fluidity, a low hydrophobicity, a high water reducing rate and a good workability. The product meets the standard of Poly Carboxylic Acid Super Plasticizer JG/T 223-2007.

Fields of Application

Used in cement-based dry powder materials such as high performance concrete, dry mortar, waterproof mortar, self-leveling, grout and polyphenyl thermal mortar.  

Application Recommendation 

The range of hydrophobicity is 0.18~0.40% (measured by the quantity of cementing material), and the measuring shall be accurate.

This product can be mixed into concrete with water. It is better to dissolve with water before mixing into concrete.

Perform necessary trial-mix of concrete when first using this product or changing cement type.

Handling Notes

This product is eco-friendly solid powder. When coming into contact with man’s eyes or body, immediately wash with clean water.

 When changing cement type or using a new cement type for the first time, do a cement compatibility test. Stir evenly and completely. When using powdered plasticizer directly, the time of stirring shall be extended.

 Enhance maintenance and protection in accordance with construction specifications, like in normal concrete project.

Package and Storage

 25kg/bag,the product should be stored in dry premises at 5-35℃ with months to avoid absorbing moisture.
