ZJ-PCE403 series is a polycarboxylate-based high performance water reducing admixture with good slump retention.

1. Simultaneously it has the performance of water reducing and slump retention about 1 hour.

2. Excellent workability, segregation resistance and pumpability to improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete after hardening.

3. Consistent performance across a variety of mineral admixtures with good adaptability, and suitable for high slit content.

4. Don't contain intentionally added chloride without corrosion to the rebar.

5. Green and friendly to environment with stable performance.

ZJ-PCE403 series Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer can be widely used in kinds of ready-mix concrete, cast-in-place concrete, pumping concrete, precast concrete, self-consolidating concrete, and high-strength concrete etc for industrial or civil constructions.

ZJ-PCE403 series is recommended to use with other models of polycarboxylate superplasticizer liquid, and the recommended ratio is (10%-50%): (50%-90%)  (Converted into solid content). Add little agglutinating agent to adjust the solidification time if necessary. The optimum rate must be determined during lab and full scale mill tests after the necessary tests according to the specific performance requirements of concrete, different raw materials and environmental conditions.

Don't use ZJ-PCE403 series with naphthalene-based superplasticizer. It must do test before use it with other additives. 

Packed with IBC tank, 1000kg/tank.

It is recommended to be stored in a dry and ventilated place at 2℃-35℃, avoid direct sunlight and rain, stored in a special warehouse or fixed place, avoiding mixing and storing with other types of additives.

The shelf life is 12 months, and it should pass the test qualified before use if beyond shelf life.
