ZJ-PCE103 series is a polycarboxylate-based high performance water reducing admixture with good slump retention.
1. Simultaneously it has the performance of water reducing and slump retention about 1 hour.
2. Excellent workability, good segregation resistance, good pumpability, and improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete after hardening.
3. Green and friendly to environment with stable performance.
4. Consistent performance across a variety of mineral admixtures with good adaptability, and suitable for high slit content.
5. Don't contain intentionally added chloride without corrosion to the rebar.

ZJ-PCE103 series Polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be widely used in all kinds of ready-mixed and precast concrete, pumped concrete, self-compacting concrete, especially suitable for high-strength and high-performance concrete.
ZJ-PCE103 series can be used separately or mixed with other kinds of polycarboxylate superplasticizer flake. It should be dissolved into water before use. The recommended dosage is 0.1%-0.5% of the total weight of cementing material (converted into solid content). Add little agglutinating agent to adjust the solidification time if necessary. The optimum rate must be determined during lab and full scale mill tests after the necessary tests according to the specific performance requirements of concrete, different raw materials and environmental conditions.
Don't use ZJ-PCE103 series with naphthalene-based superplasticizer. It must do test before use it with other additives.
Packed with paper-plastic composite bag lined with film bag, 25kg/bag. Or customized according to customer requirements.
It is recommended to be stored in a dry and ventilated place at 2℃-35℃, avoid direct sunlight and rain, stored in a special warehouse or fixed place, avoiding mixing and storing with other types of additives.
The shelf life is 12 months, and it should pass the test qualified before use if beyond shelf life.
