ZJ-PCE402 series is slow released Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer in liquid form, which plays a decentralized role in a long time.

ZJ-PCE402 series Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer can be widely used in high performance ready-mixed and precast concrete, pumped concrete, self-compacting concrete, especially suitable for big size concrete and hydraulic concrete.

ZJ-PCE402 series is recommended to use with other kinds of polycarboxylate superplasticizer liquid, and the recommended ratio is (10%-50%): (50%-90%)  (Converted into solid content). Add little agglutinating agent to adjust the solidification time if necessary. The optimum rate must be determined during lab and full scale mill tests after the necessary tests according to the specific performance requirements of concrete, different raw materials and environmental conditions.

Don't use ZJ-PCE402 series with naphthalene-based superplasticizer. It must do test before use it with other additives. 

Packed with IBC tank, 1000kg/tank.

It is recommended to be stored in a dry and ventilated place at 2℃-35℃, avoid direct sunlight and rain, stored in a special warehouse or fixed place, avoiding mixing and storing with other types of additives.

The shelf life is 12 months, and it should pass the test qualified before use if beyond shelf life.
