ZJ-PCE102 series is slow released Polycarboxylate superplasticizer in flake form, which plays a decentralized role in a long time. 

1. Make the concrete good workability and excellent collapse retention properties.

2. Effectively solve the problem of long distance transportation for the ready-mixed concrete and big loss on concrete collapse under high temperature.

ZJ-PCE102 series Polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be widely used in high performance ready-mixed and precast concrete, pumped concrete, self-compacting concrete, especially suitable for big size concrete and hydraulic concrete.

ZJ-PCE102 series is recommended to use with other kinds of polycarboxylate superplasticizer flakes, and the recommended ratio is (10%-50%): (50%-90%)  (converted into solid content). Add little agglutinating agent to adjust the solidification time if necessary. The optimum rate must be determined during lab and full scale mill tests after the necessary tests according to the specific performance requirements of concrete, different raw materials and environmental conditions.

Don’t use ZJ-PCE102 series with naphthalene-based superplasticizer. It must do test before use it with other additives. 

Packed with paper-plastic composite bag lined with film bag, 25kg/bag. Or customized according to customer requirements.

It is recommended to be stored in a dry and ventilated place at 2℃-35℃, avoid direct sunlight and rain, stored in a special warehouse or fixed place, avoiding mixing and storing with other types of additives.

The shelf life is 12 months, and it should pass the test qualified before use if beyond shelf life.
