Product Description
ZJ-PC8310 series is a high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder special for gypsum. It is very suitable for gypsum-based building materials with high fluidity.
Characteristics
High water reducing rate, make the mortar excellent fluidity;
Low effect on setting time, improve the early mechanical properties of the material;
Excellent resistance to high temperatures, suitable for mortars where the gel material itself is too hot or stored at high temperatures;
Good stability, low sensitivity, has a gentle water reduction growth curve;
Good adaptability to desulfurization gypsum, phosphogypsum, high-strength gypsum and gypsum-cement compliant systems, as well as anhydrous III hard gypsum biased gypsum.

Application areas
It is widely used in gypsum-based building materials, such as gypsum-based self-leveling mortar, gypsum-based GRG prefabricated components, etc.
How to use
Add the polycarboxylate superplasticizer ZJ-PC8310 to the powder, mix well and use it. According to performance requirements and application effects, the recommended dosage is 0.1 %-0.5% of the total weight of the cementitious material.
Package and Storage
Packed with paper-plastic composite bag lined with film bag, 25kg/bag.
Stored in a dry place, pay attention to moisture, the shelf life is 12 months.
