Product description
ZJ-6017 series is a vinyl acetate/vinyl redispersible copolymer latex powder, which has excellent anti-saponification properties. It is particularly suitable for use with other inorganic binders, such as cement, lime and gypsum or as a bonding component for the manufacture of high adhesion tile adhesives, high toughness wall and floor leveling materials, caulks, repairing mortar and so on.
Characteristics
ZJ-6017 series contains a fine mineral anti-caking agent and does not contain any solvent, plasticizer and filming aid.
It can improve the adhesion, flexural strength, plasticity, wear resistance and workability of the modified mixture, and has no adverse effect on the fluidity, thixotropy and water retention of the material.

Application areas
l Tile and construction adhesives
It is recommended for the manufacture of tile adhesives with good frost resistance, heat resistance and high adhesion. The recommended dosage is 1.5~3%.
l Bonding mortar for exterior wall insulation finish system (EIFS)
Add 1.5~3% ZJ-6017 series to the external wall insulation system, which can improve its adhesion and durability.
l Self-leveling floor / floor material
It is recommended to add 1.5~5% ZJ-6017 series when preparing self-leveling floor material. To obtain a fast-condensing system, Portland cement, high alumina cement and gypsum are used together.
Usually it is also necessary to add a certain defoaming agent.
l Plastering and facing putty
Add 2~5% ZJ-6017 series to cement or lime-cement based finish plaster, which improves adhesion, abrasion resistance and flexibility.
l Internal and external wall putty and joint mixture
According to different strength requirements, 2~3% of ZJ-6017 series, as well as other organic additives such as cellulose ethers and starch ethers, should be added.
Package
Packed with kraft paper and plastic film lined film bag, 25kg/bag.
Storage
It should be stored in a cool place and keep away from moisture. Because it is thermoplastic, it should be stored under high temperature conditions, otherwise there will be a risk of agglomeration. From the time of delivery, the storage time should not exceed 6 months.
